Face Lift
Court House Clinics perform facelifts while the patient is administered general anaesthetic, with a time to recover of roughly a couple of hours. Once we make an incision around the ears and along the hairline, extraneous fat is removed, we tauten the underlying muscles, and the skin is stretched into its new form. The resultant face lift will generally last for roughly 7 to 10 years. Older people, however, or people who occupy a lot of time in the sun, might find the effects will not last as long. Perlane and Restylane
Restylane and Perlane are perfectly safe dermal fillers which smooth folds and wrinkles and also mold contours. They do not require a skin test so they are often preferred to collagen replacement.
Court House Clinics use Perlane, which is not removed from animals, for defining the cheeks, and for thicker, fuller lips, and there is also Restylane, which gives shape with the bodies own natural material, known as hyaluronic acid, which brings a healthy and vital look. Nose Reshaping (Rhinoplasty)
Rhinoplasty (Nose Reshaping) is a surgical procedure on the nose and is one of the more favoured plastic surgery techniques conducted. Surgery can be conducted for many reasons, for instance, to make your nose bolder, or narrower, and for different reasons, for instance, if one is having difficulty breathing.
