What does this surgery entail?

The first incision is made around the areola and runs downward whereby it follows the natural contour of the fold underneath the breast. Once the excess tissue, skin and fat are removed, the skin from around the breast is then brought down and around the areola, therefore giving the breasts a natural appearance, which we then suture.
