For the lower eyelids, our clinic's expert will make a fine incision, and the skin is then lifted upwards and outwards, gently tensioning the area. Extraneous skin is then taken away. Incisions are then sealed using very small sutures.

Are there any risks involved?
Most people do not experience any problems following this surgery. Some complications, however, may include:

* Glaucoma
* Haematoma
* An asymmetrical result
* Damage to the surrounding muscles and eye surface
