An incision is made around the areola and extends downward where it then traces the natural curve of the crease under the breast. Once the surplus breast tissue, skin and fat are removed, the skin from both sides of the breast is then moved down to surround the areola, thus giving a pleasing shape, which we then suture. The whole surgery takes roughly 2 to 3.5 hours conditional on the breast size and we advise you stay at the clinic for one or two days.
