Easy Phytic Peels
Based on phytic acid, together with glycolic,
lactic and mandelic acid, this peel requires
no down time. It is ideal as a treatment for
acne and mild pigmentation problems. It does
not require any prior preparation of the skin
and can also be applied in weekly treatment
sessions for 4 to 6 weeks. It is also ideal
as a monthly maintenance treatment following
deeper peels, laser and IPL treatments. It will
smooth and hydrate the skin and reduce breakouts
of spots.
Easy TCA peels (15% Trichloroacetic acid)
Easy TCA peels are used for sun damaged skin,
with fine lines, open pores, pigment patches,
melasma and sun freckles. It can also be used
to treat active acne.
It is usually a series of 4 peels at 1 – 2 weekly
intervals. Courses can be repeated periodically.
Light to moderate peeling occurs several days
after each treatment and the use of specific
creams to repair and protect the skin, high
factor sun screens and avoidance of sun exposure
are essential following the treatment. It can
be used on the face, chest, neck and hands.
Unideep Peel (23% Trichloroacetic acid)
This is a deeper skin peel producing more obvious
skin peeling which may last up to 1 week. It
is ideal for rejuvenating more heavily sun damaged
skin, melasma (blotchy pigmentation) and Keratoses.
Skin preparation prior to peeling is necessary
and skin care and avoidance of sun exposure
are essential afterwards. As this is a deep
peel there will be some downtime and it may
be necessary to take a week off work during
the peeling phase. Unideep peels are usually
carried out as a single treatment but maybe
repeated periodically. They produce brighter,
smoother skin texture and reduce pigmentation
to give a more even tone
