Dr Stones has been involved in private cosmetic dermatology for over 10 years. He holds a BTEC Advanced Award in Lasers, Light and Associated Aesthetic Applications, and is a member of the teaching faculty on this course. He is a tutor and examiner for the Diploma and Masters Degree in Cosmetic Medicine.

He holds NHS appointments as a specialist doctor in Dermatology and has considerable experience in asessing photo-damaged and ageing skin.

He is a member of the British Medical Laser Association, the British Association of Dermatologists, the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors and is a founder member of the Society of Cosmetic Physicians and Surgeons. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and has TV appearances in "Purely Cosmetic" and "The One Show".

He provides the following treatments: Botox, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, Facial Volumisation / Contouring, Chemical Peels, Advanced Laser Treatments, Minor Ops and Alizonne weight loss therapy.
