Court House Clinic surgeons perform this treatment in the upper eyelids by making an incision, removing the excess fat, and tidying up any loose muscle and skin. On the lower eyelids, our clinic’s expert will make a fine incision, whereby the skin is then pulled outwards and upwards, which will gently tension the area. Overlapping skin is then removed. Small sutures are then used to secure any incisions.
