One of the safest and most commonly performed cosmetic treatments, Blepharoplasty can be used to treat bags under the eyelids, wrinkles and sagging upper eyelids, and can make sad and tired looking eyes reinvigorated.

Our clinic’s surgeons conduct the surgery by making an incision in the upper eyelids, taking out the excess fat, and tidying up any loose muscle and skin. On the lower eyelids, our surgeon at Court House Clinics will make a small incision, whereby the skin is then pulled outwards and upwards, lightly tensioning the area. Overlapping skin is then removed. Small sutures are then used to secure any incisions.
