It then goes around the earlobe and up behind the ear where it then turns softly back into the hair again. The extraneous skin is then removed when it has been tightened up. In order to reinstate a more youthful profile to your face, the deeper tissues may also need to be repositioned, in some instances. A small incision underneath the chin permits the extraction of fat in that section, in some cases, and straightening of the cord-like arrangement of the underlying muscle in the neck.
