Face Lift Chester

A rhytidectomy, commonly known as a facelift, straightens out the baggy skin on your neck and face by tightening underlying tissue and can minimise some of the more perceivable indications of ageing. Your face will appear firmer and fresher as a result, making you appear younger.

Dr. Bowler’s Clinic surgeons conduct the surgery by freeing the skin from the underlying tissues utilising careful facelift incisions that begin high in the temple, where it then comes downward, tracing the contours in front of the ear. It then goes around the earlobe and then upward behind the ear before curving gently back into the hairline again. The excess skin is then taken away after it has been stretched up and back. In an effort to restore a more youthful profile to your face, it may be necessary to reposition the deeper tissues, in a few cases. A small incision underneath the chin allows the withdrawal of fatty deposits in that area, in some instances, and flattening of the cord-like formation of the subcutaneous muscle in the neck.
