Emma Gill
Senior Customer Care Adviser
Emma joined the Court House Clinic’s appointment centre as a Customer Care Advisor in May 2006 and was promoted to a Senior Customer Care Advisor in July 2007 where she now also has the responsibility of managing an experienced team.
Emma has over 10 years experience in the customer service sector and enjoys her role within the medical aesthetic industry where she has gained a vast knowledge of our range of non-surgical and surgical procedures having experienced some of the non-surgical treatments that we offer.
Emma looks forward to being able to offer advice and guidance on all of our treatments.
Faye Pye
Senior Customer Care Adviser
Faye Joined the Court House Clinic’s appointment centre as a Customer Care Advisor in August 2003 and shortly afterwards was promoted to a Senior Customer Care Advisor.
Faye has over 20 years experience in customer service & has a very keen interest in the beauty industry. She has a vast amount of knowledge on our range of procedures and also has the added advantage of being able to provide clients with 1st hand information due to her personal experience of having had varying treatments within the company over the years.
Faye looks forward to being able to offer advice and guidance on our full range of surgical and non-surgical treatments.
Katie Eastman
Senior Customer Care Adviser
Katie joined our Appointments Centre as a Customer Care Advisor in January 2005 and was made a Senior Customer Care Advisor in 2006. She has previously studied Anatomy & Physiology and has a keen interest in the medical aesthetic industry. She has always enjoyed working in a customer service role and has excellent knowledge of the full range of treatments the Court House clinic has to offer.
Katie looks forward to being able to offer advice and guidance on our full range of surgical and non-surgical treatments.
Shelly Masser
Customer Care Adviser
Shelley joined the Court House Clinic’s appointment centre as a Customer Care Advisor more recently in November 2008.
Shelley has previous experience in the customer service sector and particularly enjoys her role within the medical aesthetic industry applying her knowledge to our full remit of surgical and non-surgical treatments.
Shelley looks forward to being able to offer advice and guidance on our full range of services. She has herself undergone cosmetic surgery and would therefore be happy to talk about her past experience.
