Twelve years of concentrated medical research went into developing Omnilux™. The result is an effective non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that stimulates the body’s own natural processes to fight the effects of premature ageing. It is a form of light-only skin rejuvenation. A blend of pure, visible red and infra-red light is targeted by narrowband Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) against the skin to stimulate deeper tissue.

This treatment is ideal for:

  • Skin rejuvenation
  • Non melanomic skin cancers
  • Wound healing
    • Pre and post laser Surgery
    • Post cosmetic surgery
  • Vitiligo
  • Photo- damage

When used in combination with other procedures such as micro-dermabrasion, skin peels, laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy and with injections such as BotoxTM and dermal fillers, it can be helpful in maintaining their continued effectiveness. Greater benefit may also be achieved by the use of topical skincare products such as anti-oxidant and Advanced AHA preparations.

Prices from £55, offers available on treatment courses

Frequently asked questions

How does this treatment work?

Omnilux™ is able to pinpoint particular cells and promote active rejuvenation within them naturally using the body’s own healing processes. As our skin cells become older they lose their elasticity and tone. When stimulated by increased blood flow they become oxygenated and gather strength and volume. The cells are further aided by increased detoxification. Damage from the environment and the sun’s rays which produce free radicals can be combated freely and the result is total rejuvenation and younger looking skin.

How long does the treatment take and how many sessions will I need?

Treatment time for the first appointment will be 45 minutes; however each following treatment will only take 30 minutes at regular twice-weekly intervals during which time the time-light will only be used for 20 minutes.

The number of sessions of treatment depends on each individual and their skin type and you must take the recommendations of our medical practitioners.

Is this treatment painful?

No, the whole treatment is non-invasive, totally safe and without pain. There is no need to allow for recovery time and you can go about your normal activities immediately after treatment.

Are there any possible side effects?

No side effects have been reported. There are no harmful UVA or UVB rays present in the scientifically designed source of light, so there can be no skin damage, in fact the treatment is quite relaxing and promotes a feeling of well-being both during and after administration.

How long will the results last?

The results are dependent on skin-type and whether this treatment has been carried out alongside other treatment such as Omnilux™. It can be expected however that there will be an immediate improvement in skin tone and clarity together with an overall softness and smoothing of wrinkles and fine lines

It has been reported in trials that 91% of patients noted an improvement in their skin using Omnilux Revive™ alone, 60% reported a pleasing reduction in fine lines and wrinkles and overall softer smoother skin and 55% acknowledged that their skin had increased in firmness. Several patients felt the treatment had given their skin an overall lifting and hydrating effect.

It must further be noted that such results continue to improve up to six months after treatment because Omnilux Revive™ light therapy goes on stimulating the natural cellular processes to rejuvenate and improve the quality of your skin.

It is recommended that these results be kept by on-going monthly maintenance visits.

How much can I expect to pay for treatment?

Single treatments are £55 per session however multiple sessions are discounted.

Laser hair removal

Welcome to Court House Clinics. Under the guidance of Dr Patrick Bowler (well known from the television programme “10 years younger”) Court House has grown to offer a huge range of cosmetic and beauty treatments. Whilst these cover everything from high surgery treatments such as a face lift through to cosmetic injections for lines and wrinkles, in recent times laser hair removal has become one of our most popular treatments. Laser hair removal is a great way to deal with the growth of unwanted hair without having to go through the day-to-day ritual of shaving. With so many people coming to us for laser hair removal, we are now in position to offer it at a very competitive price. We also have regular promotions on it as well, for both new and existing hair removal customers.

Cosmetic Surgery

Cosmetic surgery is no longer the preserve of the rich and famous but is now accessible to everyone. This is largely due to safer techniques, reduced downtime with shorter scars, and greater awareness due to media exposure. It is also partly down to the larger number of people who have had non-surgical treatments before diving straight into cosmetic surgery.

The most common treatment that is carried out is liposuction (tummy tuck), rhinoplasty (nose reshaping), otoplasty (ear correction) and blepharoplasty (eyebag or eyelid surgery). These are often carried out in conjunction with treatments such as chin or cheek implants.

The most common surgery carried on women is breast enlargement (augmentation) and then mastopexy (breast uplift) closely followed by breast reduction surgery and face-lifts. However we are also seeing a marked increase for requests for labia and vaginal plastic surgeries.

Arguably the biggest change in recent years is the increase in demand for male cosmetic surgeries, with the most popular treatments being chest reduction, pectoral implant and testicular implants.

Non-Surgical Cosmetic Treatments

The demand for non-surgical treatments has grown at an even faster rate than cosmetic surgery. The treatments that are most in demand are laser hair removal and microdermabrasion treatments. These can mimic the effects of surgery or be used in combination with surgical procedures to enhance and prolong results.

For people with problem skin scientific breakthroughs now mean we are able to offer some of the best acne treatments available in combination with most effective anti aging treatments. For example we have invested in some of the latest acne laser treatment and when combined with chemical glycolic skin peels or perlane injections this can create similar effects as a cosmetic face-lift surgery and is very effect treatment for acne scarring.

Some of the non-surgical options provide a real alternative to surgery. A prime example of this is smart Lipo. This laser assisted liposculpture provides fast fat loss where the fat is actually dissolved by the body naturally. For small areas of localised fat this treatment is sometimes better than Liposuction as it is minimally invasive and involves little downtime.

In addition to these treatments we also offer thread vein removal, sculptra, perlane and restylane injections, skin tag removal, mole removal, cyst removal and laser tattoo removal.
