    Collagen is an important structural component to smooth, youthful-looking skin. Sculptra® is made from a synthetic material called poly-L-Lactic acid (PLLA), which works to counteract signs of ageing by correcting collagen breakdown beneath the skin. Sculptra® differs from other dermal fillers because results are achieved over series of treatments. Optimal results typically require 2-4 treatment sessions, performed in 3-6 week intervals.

    During your Sculptra® treatment session, your face will be cleansed with an antiseptic. Following injections, the treatment area will be massaged to ensure even distribution. An ice pack will then be temporarily applied to the treatment area to minimize swelling. There is no downtime associated with Sculptra® treatments and most individuals are capable of resuming normal routines immediately.

  4. How long do the results last?

    The final results of Sculptra® treatment will be long-lasting, and you may notice benefits for up to two years. Multiple treatment sessions will be required to achieve optimal results. These results will fade with time as Sculptra® is naturally absorbed by the body, so touch-up treatments will be needed to maintain optimal results.

  5. How much can I expect to pay for this treatment?

    The cost will depend on how much product you need to reach optimal results. We offer single vials of treatment for £400, but most patients will require more than one treatment session.
