1. How do I know whether this treatment is suitable for me?

   You will be advised at your initial consultation with our experience cosmetic dermatologists on the suitability of such treatment for you personally.

2. Is the skin rolling process painful or make you bleed?

   The Derma Roller should not make your skin bleed although the surface of the skin may appear a little red following treatment but this will subside after an hour or so. You will feel a gentle tickling sensation as the dermaroller moves over the surface of your skin, but this will not be particularly painful even on the more sensitive areas of your face. There may be a slight sensitivity like mild sunburn following treatment.

3. Can the Derma Roller remove acne scars / surgery scars?

   As well as improving scarring from acne the Derma Roller is able to reduce the appearance of surgery scars, pitted skin, large pores and scars that have remained following chicken pox
