1. How effective is it?

   Yes. Soprano Laser hair removal is far more efficient than most other types of conventional IPL treatments to remove hair. 2. Are there a required amount of treatments?

   Hair grows like our skin in cycles. Unwanted hairs can only be destroyed in their growth phase of their cycle. At any single moment approximately 1/5 of your hair is its dormant or resting stage. This is why the treatment is repeated over a number of sessions spaced between 4-6 weeks apart in order to treat all hair as they enter their growth phase. As a rule of thumb we advise between 6-8 treatments however this differs from person to person due a number of factors. At your consultation we can discuss this in more detail as we can assess these varying factors more accurately.

3. Where can I remove unwanted hair from?

4. What do treatments involve?

   We ask that all patients shave the area of treatment prior to their appointment as this saves time. Our aesthetician will then apply a cool gel. The laser will then be position gently against the skin and subsequently pulses of intense light are delivered into the hairs and thus destroying the follicles. During the time of treatment some of the hairs within the treatment area may fall out however the true extent of this may not become apparent until some 14 days post treatment.

5. How much are the treatments?

   For a completely hair-free appearance we suggest that you should book a course of 6-8 treatments - discounted if booked as a course. We do offer single one off payments if you would prefer to try and we also have listed our maintenance prices below which are discounted. 6. Do the treatments hurt?

   According to a recent survey completed by Soprano Laser Hair Removal patients at Court House Clinics - 8/10 of them were happy to report that the treatment was virtually pain free. Many say that they experienced a warm sensation however it was not painful.
