Your Right To Complain
We have established processes for managing complaints in accordance with timelines set out in the National Minimum Standards (NMS) in England and Wales, which are supported by the Private and Voluntary Healthcare (England) Regulations 2011 (PVH Regulations).
In accordance with the requirements of the CQC, we have a comprehensive comments and complaints policy in place and follow a clear pathway, details of which are available to all patients.
Patients may raise concerns or make complaints via patient satisfaction forms, verbally and in writing.
Our complaints process is documented within each clinic’s Statement of Purpose and Client Guide.
We have a policy which encourages patients to be made aware of our complaints procedure.

Dr Patrick Bowler
Dr Patrick Bowler, founder of Courthouse Clinics, is a founding member and Fellow of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine and a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is a leading authority on cosmetic treatments and has featured on GMTV, BBC Radio, Living TV and Channel 4’s Ten Years Younger.
Dr Bowler is committed to offering the best procedures and products to his clients. He is fully engaged in the training and recruitment of his cosmetic specialist doctors and is demanding and exacting of the standards all staff must perform to.
His philosophy is simple: provide the best to be the best.
Dr Bowler set up Courthouse Clinics over 15 years ago in Brentwood, Essex. At the time, it was one of the first doctor-led clinics of its kind, offering both surgical and non-surgical treatments. Dr Bowler now boasts 11 branches nationwide, cementing his reputation as a pioneer in accessible and exemplary cosmetic treatments.
