An exciting opportunity has arose to join our clinic in Brentwood, Essex within a Full Time Medical Aesthetician role.

The role is on a rota basis, you will be required to work every other Saturday and some late nights. We do not open on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
We are looking for a professional and experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our established team which offers specialist non-surgical cosmetic treatments and beauty treatments.
The successful candidate will possess at least three years’ experience at NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification. Laser experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
Day to day duties will include – Performing a variety of Skin rejuvenation treatments, Laser treatments and body contouring treatments.
Previous strong experience of Sales with retail products and treatments is essential.

Requirements

You will be required to have:

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated within a marketing related degree or equivalent experience in a marketing role.

  • Proven experience in B2C marketing strategy and implementation;

  • RN degree recommended
  • One or two years of relevant nursing/surgical/aesthetic experience preferred

Responsibilities

Health & Safety:

To ensure the Company Health and Safety Policy and all other statutory requirements under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 are adhered to.

To be trained and proficient in offering/assist with the following treatments dependent upon experience and in line with Courthouse Clinic protocols, according to clinic location and equipment available.

  • Pre- and post-op Surgical Care
  • Assist with surgical procedures i.e. Vaser, minor ops, varicose veins
  • Assist Doctors where necessary

 

You will also be responsible for completing training and implementing any new treatments that fall within your scope of practice i.e. if new technology or treatments are adopted by the company, as agreed with the Medical Director.

  • To maintain the safety of the patient
  • To monitor the patient during treatment as required
  • To ensure that you are well versed in all aspects of appropriate Clinic treatments
  • To ensure treatment rooms are set up for use, well presented and all cleaning protocols are adhered to
  • To maintain confidentiality at all times
  • To work within the scope of practice and according to NMC code of conduct
  • To monitor and order stock for medicines and medical consumables
  • To be proactive in increasing Clinic revenue by recommending appropriate products and treatments
  • To complete all relevant paperwork clearly and correctly, including signature and date
