Important Update – Clinic Closures
It is with sadness, that we have made the decision to temporarily close all of our clinics as of this evening. We have taken every precautionary measure to keep the health and wellness of our staff, clients, friends and family safe to date, but with the escalating situation to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we feel it is time to close the doors to our clinics.
In keeping with our commitment to support the NHS, this will also allow our medically trained doctors and nurses to join the NHS effort while some of our clinics will be offering necessary services.
As some of our colleagues join the NHS workers, we urge you to please stay at home to help ease the pressure the NHS is already facing, and to protect the vulnerable and elderly.
For over 20 years, our mission has been to inspire greater confidence through our treatments. Rest assured, we will continue with this mission once we reopen our clinics, with the ambition of re-opening our doors on 1st May providing it is safe to do so.

Important Information Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
With so much coverage in the news, we wanted to contact you to highlight measures we have in place to protect you as our clients who remain our highest priority, as always.
Courthouse Clinics is Care Quality Commission registered, the same authority that governs the NHS. This means we abide to the highest standards of practice and are committed to ensure that only healthcare professionals deliver treatments in clinical environments.
We pride ourselves in the highest standards of cleanliness at our clinics. The Courthouse Clinics team always ensure that our treatment rooms (machines, utensils and work surfaces) are wiped and sanitised after each client.
We are keen to reassure you that in addition to the very high standards and regulation already in place, we are taking even more additional steps to ensure your visit to the clinic is safe. With that in mind, we want to give you an insight into the stringent daily steps we take, as well as advice for you to help you be extra vigilant amid growing concerns around the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our staff follow stringent hand hygiene policies, including double cleansing their hands before and after each treatment and using gloves where necessary.
Hand sanitisers are also available for you to use throughout the clinic, before and after your treatments. These are located at front desk. Our bathroom and treatment rooms all contain adequate hand washing facilities.
We are monitoring our teams travel, ensuring that anyone who has visited an area of high risk is taking the recommended steps to protect those around them.
Following the advice of health authorities in responding to the spread of coronavirus, we would like to provide the below guidance to all our clients:
- As many of you frequently travel for work and pleasure, as well as travelling from abroad to see us, we ask that you adhere to the advice from the National Health Service, and Public Health England with regards to the spread and containment of Coronavirus.
- If you have a high temperature and/or a new continuous cough you should visit https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 and complete the self-assessment.
- If you have been told by the NHS to self-isolate, then please let us know and we will rearrange your appointment.
- In the event that you are one of our customers who has visited us within the previous 14 days and has since been diagnosed as having contracted Coronavirus we ask that you make us aware so that we can take necessary action.
- All the team at Courthouse Clinics thank you for your continued support and commitment to the health and well-being of our staff and clients.
