Pre-AppointmentOnly clients with pre-booked appointments are able to come into our clinics. We ask that you attend alone wherever possible and limit the number of personal items you bring. Please don’t wear jewellery and if you’re having a facial treatment, please remove all make-up in advance. We will also ask you a set of screening questions prior to your appointment and you will receive a contactless temperature check on arrival.
Social DistancingWe will stagger our appointment times to reduce the number of clients in our clinics. Our waiting areas will also be spaced 2 metres apart to maintain social distancing practices. And, where required, our reception desks will be fitted with screens.
Hand HygieneWe are enforcing strict hand hygiene for all employees and clients, requiring them to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds before all treatments, and any activity that could result in hands becoming contaminated. All clinics will also be fitted with hand sanitising dispensers for client use, on arrival and before leaving our clinics.
PPEOur employees will all be wearing full PPE gear offering protection for them and for our clients. We will be providing our clients with face masks on arrival to wear for their appointment.
Cleaning & DisinfectingWe use high grade disinfectant and are introducing more frequent and thorough cleansing in our clinics, with time built in between each appointment to clean our treatment rooms before the next client arrives.
Treatment DeliveryOur medical teams will undergo training to ensure that they follow strict medical protocols when delivering treatments.
Infection Control AuditWe are introducing a regular infection control audit to ensure our clinics are COVID-19 secure.
Rebooking existing appointmentsIf we had to postpone your appointment, our clinic team will be in touch over the next few weeks to rebook your treatment at a time and date that is suitable for you.

We’re preparing to welcome you back into our clinics soonIn line with the latest Government advice, we are preparing to re-open our clinics with a phased approach. From early July, we will reopen clinics and will provide you with our full range of aesthetic treatments. To ensure that we maintain a safe environment, we will be staggering our appointment times to allow for enhanced cleaning between clients as well as limiting the number of people in clinic at any time. We are working diligently to ensure that when we re-open our doors, it is under the safest and most hygienic conditions possible to protect the wellbeing of both our clients and employees. We are working alongside our industry regulatory body, the Joint Council of Cosmetic Practitioners, to introduce a stringent COVID19 Safety Policy in all our clinics nationwide, which we will share with you soon.

It is a hugely challenging time and we are all adjusting to a new way of living whilst ensuring that we remain in good health. For many of our colleagues the biggest challenge has been working on the frontline to care for those most in need. We are immensely proud of all our NHS staff and care workers and find their collective efforts a true inspiration. During these uncertain times, we are doing everything we can to keep all our clients and employees safe. As such, we will be keeping our clinics temporarily closed to help in the national effort to fight the virus and slow down the spread, easing pressure on our hospitals and care workers. For over 25 years, our mission has been to inspire greater confidence through better skin. Rest assured, we will continue with this mission once we reopen our clinics. What you need to know now: We completely understand that you will be keen to reschedule your appointment with us as soon as is feasibly possible. Important Update – Clinic Closures
It is with sadness, that we have made the decision to temporarily close all of our clinics as of this evening. We have taken every precautionary measure to keep the health and wellness of our staff, clients, friends and family safe to date, but with the escalating situation to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we feel it is time to close the doors to our clinics. In keeping with our commitment to support the NHS, this will also allow our medically trained doctors and nurses to join the NHS effort while some of our clinics will be offering necessary services. As some of our colleagues join the NHS workers, we urge you to please stay at home to help ease the pressure the NHS is already facing, and to protect the vulnerable and elderly. For over 20 years, our mission has been to inspire greater confidence through our treatments. Rest assured, we will continue with this mission once we reopen our clinics, with the ambition of re-opening our doors on 1st May providing it is safe to do so.

Important Information Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
With so much coverage in the news, we wanted to contact you to highlight measures we have in place to protect you as our clients who remain our highest priority, as always.
Courthouse Clinics is Care Quality Commission registered, the same authority that governs the NHS. This means we abide to the highest standards of practice and are committed to ensure that only healthcare professionals deliver treatments in clinical environments.
OUR CLINICSWe pride ourselves in the highest standards of cleanliness at our clinics. The Courthouse Clinics team always ensure that our treatment rooms (machines, utensils and work surfaces) are wiped and sanitised after each client. We are keen to reassure you that in addition to the very high standards and regulation already in place, we are taking even more additional steps to ensure your visit to the clinic is safe. With that in mind, we want to give you an insight into the stringent daily steps we take, as well as advice for you to help you be extra vigilant amid growing concerns around the coronavirus (COVID-19).
OUR TEAMOur staff follow stringent hand hygiene policies, including double cleansing their hands before and after each treatment and using gloves where necessary. Hand sanitisers are also available for you to use throughout the clinic, before and after your treatments. These are located at front desk. Our bathroom and treatment rooms all contain adequate hand washing facilities. We are monitoring our teams travel, ensuring that anyone who has visited an area of high risk is taking the recommended steps to protect those around them.
OUR CLIENTSFollowing the advice of health authorities in responding to the spread of coronavirus, we would like to provide the below guidance to all our clients:
- As many of you frequently travel for work and pleasure, as well as travelling from abroad to see us, we ask that you adhere to the advice from the National Health Service, and Public Health England with regards to the spread and containment of Coronavirus.
- If you have a high temperature and/or a new continuous cough you should visit https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 and complete the self-assessment.
- If you have been told by the NHS to self-isolate, then please let us know and we will rearrange your appointment.
- In the event that you are one of our customers who has visited us within the previous 14 days and has since been diagnosed as having contracted Coronavirus we ask that you make us aware so that we can take necessary action.
