Renée Zellweger’s Face: Botched or Brilliant?

Renée Zellweger

This past week has seen a spate of press discussing Bridget Jones actor Renee Zellweger’s face, fuelling the rumour mill of the “work” she may or may not have had to turn back the hands of time.

When she stepped out for a screening of Long Shot: The Kevin Laue Story in California at the weekend her eyes looked wider and her forehead noticeably smoother, forcing some polarising opinions from online commentators. The internet went wild!

Historically Zellweger has been famed for her rounded, apple-like cheeks and deep-set eyes with heavy brow, but new images see her looking tight, taut, and impressively youthful. Her appeal has often been attributed to the “anti-Hollywood” look she cultivates, but criticism suggests she’s “given in” to the film industry ideal.

Speculation is rife that her look is down to some clever botox use. No matter what your opinion on her results, here at Courthouse Clinics we recommend that when you’re looking for an anti-ageing treatment it’s important to do some thorough research on what Botox can or cannot do for you (aka Google is your friend!) and seek out a medically-led clinic who will cater their treatment to the results you’re after. There’s no such thing as “one size fits all” when it comes to non-surgical procedures.

What do you think? Does Renee look botched or brilliant? Let us know in the comments, either here or over on Facebook.
